At Closing, when your home sells and closes:

A small transaction fee (processing fee) of .0033 of the final contract sales price is due Sellect Realty.  That's only 1/3 of 1%!

FMLS charges a transaction fee of .0012 of the final contract sales price that the Seller is responsible for paying (a mandatory fee for all homes listed and sold).

Plus, a Buyer's Agent selling commission (typically, 3%), if your home is sold to a buyer represented by an agent.

The above fees are deducted from your proceeds on the Settlement Statement, at closing.
